MinebeaMitsumi will showcase smart and powerful robotic hands as a demonstration of our precision components and engineering capabilities. The hands are designed to highlight how our integrated products — from motors to sensors to bearings — can enable high-performance, delicate, and reliable robotic systems, achieving a gripping force of 200 N.

Key components featured in the robotic hand include:

    1. High-torque miniature actuators – Ultra-compact wave gears paired with DC motors; 11 actuators per hand unit.

    2. Strain gauge sensors – Force-sensing technology enables delicate handling without damaging workpieces.

    3. Miniature bearings – Ultra-precision components deliver quiet, smooth operation even under high loads; 85 bearings per hand unit.

This exhibition demonstrates how MinebeaMitsumi’s component lineup and engineering expertise can be applied to a wide range of robotic applications, showcasing the potential of our precision technologies for high-performance robotics.
