Mitsumi provides high-precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) ICs that support a wide operating temperature range. Our ADCs are available in two architectures: successive approximation (SAR) and delta-sigma (ΔΣ). SAR ADCs offer high precision, low power consumption, high speed, and resolutions ranging from 12 to 18 bits. ΔΣ ADCs feature high precision, low power consumption, compact packaging, and 12-bit/16-bit resolutions with an I²C-compatible interface.

  • 4 channel single-ended input or 2 channel differential input with built-in PGA
  • I2C address selectable (4 type), full scale voltage selectable (6 type), sampling rate selectable (7 type)
  • Continuous / Single shot mode selectable (Single shot operates with auto power down function)
  • SQFN-10A Small PKG (2.0x1.5x0.4mm)
