Brushless DC Motors - Compact Outer Rotor

Contrary to the design of the inner rotor motors, Outer Rotor motors are designed around an exterior moving magnet that interacts with an interior housed stator (magnet wire). The benefit of this design is continuous rotation performance across the operating speed range for constant torque application.

Features:

  • High performance in a compact package
  • Sleeve bearing standard, ball bearing optional
  • Driver electronics available with speed control and positional feedback
  • Gearboxes available

Applications:

  • Suction motor for vacuum cleaners
  • Lidar
  • Medical pumps/gas pumps
  • White goods
