The primary feature of this newly developed electric vacuum pump is its compact size paired with highly efficient suction capability. Despite its lightweight and compact design—weighing approximately 70 g and measuring φ32 mm × 55 mm (excluding projections), which is smaller than a single D-size battery—it achieves a flow rate of 3.0 L/min and a vacuum pressure of -60 kPa, demonstrating high efficiency superior to competitors^(*1). Furthermore, the three-cylinder diaphragm minimizes pulsation, offering exceptional quietness. With these features. It is optimal for robots and medical equipment that require low noise so that operating sound does not cause stress when working near people, as well as for semiconductor production equipment that demands powerful suction within a limited footprint.
